The crab and sea urchin that started with the snacks were delicious from the beginning.
The sushi was very tasty, but I personally felt that the rice was a little hard and the vinegar was a bit...

Akabane's "Miyako Sushi"

I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday and at her request!

In the first place, I went there on the extremely rude (?) basis of going there because it was the model for the popular comic ``Edomae no Shun''!!LOL

At the reservation stage, the owner was very friendly, and I was able to lower my hurdles even before I went!

I made a reservation for 6:00 pm, but even though I arrived 10 minutes before that time, the noren curtain was prepared and I was able to enter the restaurant happily.

I can't explain in detail the dishes served, but all I can say is that whatever is served is delicious!!

I'm 40 years old, and I can definitely say that this sushi is better than any other sushi I've ever eaten or been served.

I was simply impressed.

It's true to the Edo-mae technique that requires a lot of effort, but above all, it was simply delicious!

I had made a reservation for 20,000 yen, and before I went I was a little disappointed, but in the taxi on the way home, everyone said in unison, ``20,000 yen would be enough for me, right?'' Let's go!'' we were chatting lol

Anyway, I would like to thank the general manager, the staff, and our regular customers for working so casually, carefree, and professionally even though we were still inexperienced.
