On this day, we went to Tsukishima's famous restaurant Miyoshiya to have a classic, classic and juicy cutlet bowl!

Recently, Tojinai Katsudon has become popular, and the restaurant has been loved for a long time in Kachidoki for its delicious classic Nakatsudon, which is topped with a melty egg, and moved to its current location in Tsukishima in March 2023. This is a restaurant 💁‍♂️ It seems to be famous for its popular pork loin cutlet bowl, ginger grilled pork cutlet, omelette cutlet, and cutlet curry!

When I arrived at 11:00 a.m. on a certain Friday, I was the first to arrive and was immediately seated at a table! After that, customers came one after another and the place was almost full in about 30 minutes 😳

I was interested in the ginger grilled meat, omelette cutlet, and katsu curry, but I ordered the loin cutlet bowl! Arrived in about 10 minutes 🍚

Truly retro and classic katsudon! There are 8 large, thick pieces of cutlet on top, so you can't see the rice 🤩 And the egg is perfectly cooked and becomes melty in the center of the cutlet!

It's thick and has just the right balance of fat, juicy, and strong flavor! What's more, the sweetness is super delicious😍The egg-covered center is soaked with soup, and the surrounding cutlet is crunchy, giving you a different texture! The sweet soup soaks into the rice just right and the rice disappears in no time.

I couldn't stop using my chopsticks from beginning to end and finished the meal in no time 🥢 The classic retro katsudon was delicious and I'm curious about other menu items, so I'll be visiting again!
