This is an amazing hole in the wall tonkatsu restaurant that I honestly don't even want to share. For the price you pay, you get great quality pork with wonderful service. The smile the chef has while he's cooking, makes you really appreciate the food you're served.

You can make dinner reservations so I recommend doing that. For lunch you have to wait in line and it can take a long time since there aren't that many seats.

It's on the bib gourmand list as well - definitely recommend!!

Great restaurant with good service. Very small place, only about 8 chairs all against the counter so you can watch your dinner being prepared by really nice staff. Food is great, lovely tonkatsu, great meat used & well cooked. Shuts quite early, so best to make a reservation or arrive in good time.
Pork & ginger is also very tasty, so tender

A really, really good tonkatsu. I like the fact the place only seats about 8 people at the counter, which gives it a more home-cooked feel. The the ひれかつ was tender and juicy, and the homemade sauce was a perfect addition. The owners were super friendly too. I will definitely go back.

The tonkatsu was so juicy and the outside was perfectly crispy. They only have 8 counter seats so would definitely recommend getting there early as there's an additional wait even after getting seated. It was so cool watching him go through all the motions of coating and frying the meat.

The best Tonkatsu I can ever find in Tokyo. :)

After you order, the chief does all the cookings right in front of you, the Tonkatsu is extremely delicious and just mind-blown.

Very small place with only 8 seats, reservation is almost mandatory but definitely worth it. Highly recommended.
