How can I make a reservation?
I was lucky enough to go to a store I had always wanted to go to!
It's about an 8-minute walk from Shinsaibashi Station, on a street where there are many famous restaurants in Shinsaibashi, also known as Michelin Street.
It's crab season and it's super delicious!
Mmm, it was the best taste in the best space along with the sake!

It's a slightly secluded restaurant with about 8 seats at the counter.
Since regulars make reservations for their next visit, we have created a system in which first-time customers cannot come unless they are introduced to us.
All the food is delicious and the drinks are delicious, but I feel like they are being defensive.
It's a classic Japanese cuisine, and it's good enough to be stable, but there was no spirit of challenge or new discoveries.
I have some young apprentices, so I think it would be interesting if there were some surprises like how one item could be put together in this way. I look forward to the future.
