Delicious Chinese restaurant in a small restaurant and bar alley off Tanuki Koji. The restaurant has two floors, but plenty of staff. Our fried dumplings, fried rice, and other dishes were delicious, as were the drinks.

Service was friendly and fast.

We will certainly be back.

This is THE Chinese food❗It's delicious❗It's on Tanukikoji Street, a walk from Don Quijote, but it's in a corner of Tanukikoji Yokocho. It is a popular area with many shops such as izakaya, okonomiyaki, and oden shops, but the most popular one is Momiji! It's always full. The second floor is a space suitable for group banquets. Stir-fried bean sprouts, gyoza, the famous mapo tofu (the pepper is delicious), and my favorite this time, shrimp bread ♥ I think they call it hatoshi in Taiwanese cuisine? This bread is thin, not greasy, and very delicious. It was! It goes well with beer 👍 It was a great encounter with authentic and delicious Chinese food at an affordable price ❗

[Traces of Memories] The secrets of Chinese cuisine hidden in the depths of Tanukikoji Market.

Without deciding on a store to aim for, he wanders aimlessly through Tanukikoji, a crowded street in Asia.
Are the unseasonable weather and the unseasonably warm weather making you confuse your appetite, which should have been satisfied?

Head to Tanukikoji Market.
It has a unique alley culture in Sapporo, and is lined with shops that are well-known and only known to those in the know.
However, perhaps because it was still early, the narrow path was still quiet.
I entered a Chinese restaurant in the back of the market and indulged my appetite while drinking Shaoxing wine.
The ``12 pieces of boiled gyoza'' was different from the ones I had tasted so far, and I was confused by the small-boiled dumplings on the plate.
However, I realized that the true value of this restaurant is its "Mabo tofu."
The yellowish tofu that is about to fall from the bowl also looks different from regular mapo tofu.
However, the spiciness and numbness will captivate you with just one bite, and as the ``stir-fried mackerel and broccoli'' makes a crisp sound, the Shaoxing wine disappears without a hitch.
The ``egg fried rice'' was a dish that was completely intoxicating, but its well-balanced, mild taste only led to a complete meal.

At night, he firmly controlled Tanukikoji.
Even though winter is just around the corner, the heat in Asia seems to be keeping the cold at bay...
