A famous pastry shop in Jiyugaoka. Known for their French style pastries, especially the orange Chilboust. The queue starts early in the morning before opening, I recommend coming slightly before opening time.

it's actually my second visit to this place. last time it was still quite new and not as famous as all guidebooks talked about it. it's a long time ago so i'd treat this as a completely new visit! still amazed by the lovely cakes behind the window cabinet. unfortunately i came alone so can't pick more, only 1. i got the strawberry puff as it's in season now. after choosing the cake i was lead to sit at the dine-in area. then drink menu was given. the puff was lightly sweetened and the cream was very soft. not only 1 strawberry at the top but also a huge one in the middle. so i was very satisfied with the seasonal strawberry here! they don't take reservation, just walk in. so better come in weekdays to avoid the crowd. lovely dessert and i definitely will come back, hope not another few years!

This patisserie is hyped for good reason. The cakes were absolutely delicious. The only downside was that it was takeout only.

Best pastry place in tokyo. I got their chocolate, too, and they were divine. We need to walk a bit from the train station but worth it. Sitting is only 1 hour and everyone in the party need to order at least 1 drink. You don't have to dine in.

I'd dare to say it's the most ideal french patisserie in Tokyo. Flavour of desserts are refine and with ideal balance. Techniques are perfect (just look at their flaky pastry)
You can call and reserve a specific dessert for yourself by phone, or just come and decide what you are up too on the spot.
