Morton’s Steakhouse Marunouchi Review Summary

Had a nice lunch with a friend.

Service was excellent, drink selection was excellent, menu has a good balance of different choices, portion size is reasonable (as American size in Tokyo), had a table by the window so the view was great.

Outdoor seating on the balcony is also available and looked very nice - like to try when the weather is more comfortable.

Naturally this is a pricey place, but well worth it for the service, atmosphere, and the dining experience. Wish my friend didn't have to go back to work..!

Overall an excellent dining experience. The place was a bit quiet when I visited perhaps due to the price range. Would definitely like to visit again.

We went to Morton’s for Saturday lunch, it was a beautiful sunny afternoon and seating was very nice looking over the street. First off, the service was beyond excellent, server was friendly and professional, we were very happy. It was our first visit, we had Morton’s salad, New York steak manhattans cut (280g) and salmon. Salmon was well seasoned and chickpea and veggies underneath was also great addition. Steak was juicy and it was a very nice cut. Don’t forget about the huge onion bread as we enjoyed very much. It was a great visit I can recommend if you are going for a nice steak house.

We spent 16 days in Japan and decided to have our last dinner at Morton's Steakhouse. The restaurant was beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly, the service was lovely, and the food was delicious. Our server, Haruka Nishida was amazing! She took the time to explain the process to us, was patient as we made our drink decisions, did not hover over us so we could enjoy each other, and her English was exceptional. I would highly recommend this location if you're the mood for a great steak, sides, desserts, drinks, and exceptional service. Thank you, Haruka and staff!

After travelling through Asia for work we wanted an authentic American Steakhouse in Japan.
In the past we’d been to Mortons in Hong Kong & Singapore and Japan did not disappoint.
Food was consistent and good quality and pricing is high which is expected when dining in this establishment
I would recommend if an authentic American Steakhouse is what you’re after

I Love this place to bits and cannot get enough of the place. I didn’t know what to expect when I first came here, me and the missus are hardcore Morton’s fans.

The thing is, Morton’s make a consistently good martini everywhere it is served around the world. And the menu is also remarkably consistent. Except that with the currency, a dirty gin martini with “Botanist” costs less in Tokyo than Morton’s Shanghai, NYC or Singapore. Who would have thought that.
