Super popular Thai food in Tokyo that is difficult to reserve
"Mimore"
A Thai restaurant in Kuramaguchi where the chef comes to Kyoto every week to serve the dishes [MOT]
On days when this place is free,
Started morning service of Thai cuisine as "TOM".
The only exterior appearance is a concrete wall and a green door, and this is the landmark of this hidden shop.
Once inside, you will find yourself in a special space with only 6 seats at the counter.
Thai steamed soup
・Chicken medicinal soup (1000 yen)←Order
・Chicken and seaweed soup (1000 yen)
・Spare ribs and lotus root medicinal soup (1500 yen)
・Spare ribs and seaweed soup (1500 yen)
4 types (limited menu also available),
There is also a +200 yen set (Hanamaki, Pulong tea) and a +500 yen set (Hanamaki, chicken soup porridge, Puron tea).
"Hanamaki" is hard to come across, so I was so happy when I found it (lol)
Hanamaki is a steamed bun made only from the skin of a steamed bun, and since there is nothing inside, you can fully enjoy the chewy and fluffy texture of the dough.
Open from 8 a.m., no reservations required, walk-in guide.

Very creative and exquisite Japanese-style Thai food, very good at restoring Thai flavor. The price is reasonable and the experience is comfortable. The interpretation of spiciness is also elegant. Desserts are very good.

I wanted to visit them once in the morning, so I parked my car and went there, but as of 11am on Saturday, there were 5 people waiting in front of the store. I'll get revenge next time. Please note that it is not facing Karasuma Dori, but is on a narrow street one street east, and there is no signboard, so it is quite difficult to find. I posted this to share information.
