I went there for the first time because I love soba!
First, since it was lunchtime, I called to confirm, and was told, We can't make a reservation because it's full, so I went, prepared to wait in line.
It's tucked away in a little alley, and I was excited to enter the store because it felt like a hidden gem. I saw the dark and stylish tableware lined up, and I got the impression that it was a very nice shop!
Then, there was only one group of customers waiting, and there was only one set of chairs inside, so I couldn't see what was going on inside the store, and was told, ``Please wait outside while we clean up.'' It was still hot that day, so we waited for about 10 minutes, and when we were shown inside, there were about 5 empty seats, and while we were waiting, only one group (2 people) came out, so I felt a little disappointed. The food was well worth the wait in the heat, but I found the staff to be generally unfriendly. It's a shame because the atmosphere and food are good. The price is not something you can easily afford. The quantity is small.
There is no parking lot and it is a quiet shop!

Visited for the first time in over 10 years.
At the time, I liked it and went there often.
At that time, you could order a course without making a reservation, so I often went to this restaurant when I wanted to go to Showa Kinen Park.

I remember playing jazz on records back then.

Did the number of dishes increase as the price of the course meals increased? ? It's a bit disappointing that it wasn't steamroller but bukkake.
Soba kaiseki is cooked in a bamboo steamer.

This store is located in a back street in Tachikawa and operates like a hidden old folk house.
For that reason, I was impressed by how open the restaurant was, the interior was clean, the service was good, and I was able to enjoy a pleasant meal.

The food is also exquisite, and the tempura and other things other than soba are also delicious.

This is a store that foreign tourists would definitely like to enjoy Japanese culture with.

It's a long-established and popular restaurant in Tachikawa, and it's one of the best restaurants to take customers to, as it has a nice interior, atmosphere, and excellent customer service. The price is reasonable, but the course offers a moderate amount of delicious appetizers one after another, and you can enjoy a quiet and peaceful time while enjoying sake in front of the soba noodles. We recommend mixing shochu with soba water, which can be dangerous as you can go as much as you like. Of course, the soba noodles at the end are also very high quality and satisfying.

This restaurant can be said to be the pioneer of soba kaiseki, which is now commonplace. Personally, this is a valuable shop that led me to Tsuchiya in Higashimurayama.
