To start with , the Food is of good quality and very good.
When it comes to service, I understand the chef has to manage many things at the same time. But it made us feel stressful with my partner, to order or ask anything. It changed the atmosphere of the place and went over the food. We even got complained when we asked two glasses of water because he did not want us to make order separately and made him loose time.

Amazing restaurant serving Chinese food! We tried a few dishes and everything was incredible. We sat up by the owner / chef who was really nice. One of the best meals we had in Japan

The food is delicious, the wine selection is great, and since it’s nearby, I go there quite often.
There are many days when it’s a one-person operation, so I can’t say the service is excellent, but that’s understandable. Even so, the food comes out quickly, so there’s no problem.
It’s a restaurant where reservations are a must.

    -------- 📝Introduction and impressions ----------------

We enjoyed Halloween at Disneyland and ended our day at a Chinese restaurant in Hatchobori.
I did some homework and got a little hungry for this one.
This restaurant is highly rated as a hidden gem of creative Chinese food. As a Chinese lover, I couldn't miss it.
I felt a little sorry for the store because they had to rush in at the last minute for the last order, but I'm lucky.

They start with the shrimp wontons on the speed menu. The combination of the large, plump shrimp and the rich sesame sauce is amazing.
Stir-fried lamb with cumin is also amazing.
I'm a bit particular about how I handle both lamb and cumin, but I can't imitate this. Too professional.
The soft meat and just the right texture of the lamb are complemented by the spicy sauce and cumin.
The idea of adding celery is also great.

The ultimate dish is the seafood black fried rice.
It has a lot of octopus in it and has a great texture and filling. The flavor of the soy sauce and seafood is so packed that no matter how full you are, you can't stop moving the spoon to your mouth.

I was drinking Ebisu's dark beer from start to finish, but the dishes are truly amazing, and they are designed to go well with anything from Shaoxing wine to highballs to wine.
It's to the point where I'm thinking of getting off here after work.
    It was great.

Thank you for the meal today.

The two of us visited without a reservation just as the store opened on a cool summer day, when the temperature had exceeded 30 degrees Celsius the day before and dropped to 25 degrees Celsius after the rain.
The air conditioner on the second floor was set at 20 degrees Celsius, so it was as cold as a refrigerator.
I wanted to try a variety of beers, so I ordered a bottle of Taiwanese beer. They are served one by one without a word.
The clerk who communicates with the staff downstairs has a loud voice, murmurs loudly when something is dropped, and uses strange language.
I knew that one surgery would take a long time. It was cold in the store, many items were sold out, and there was a rule that if you didn't order more than 4000 yen per person, you'd have to pay a 1000 yen table charge, but it was quite difficult to meet that rule.
I tried hard, but I couldn't stand the cold.
The staff on the second floor may have been hot walking back and forth from downstairs.
The food was delicious and I wanted to try other things, but I don't think I'll consider visiting again.
Also, the store is a little too dark.
