i ordered my bowl with mixed grains&rice, really cool to have this option!
fish was absolutely incredible, i would definitely go for all toppings next time!
adding broth at the end creates a new flavor profile which is so interesting.
went here on a weekday and there was no queue when they opened.

We got there 45 mins early on a weekday and was the first there. But everyone who got there by opening time got seated. Glad we got there early as we got to sit in the courtyard.

the seafood bowl was so fresh, as if we were eating at the tsukiji market. we ordered 2 kaihdon with egg and uni. every bite melted away and it was perfectly paired with a homemade miso soup. we tried the ochazuke, their house made clam broth to finish off the end of the rice bowl. while i preferred the don without it, its packed with flavour and a hint of smokiness.
definitely a must try and fantastic value. we’ll be coming back before we leave Tokyo! ごちそうさまでした
