Starting with an assortment of 8 types of antipasto,
You can freely choose 5 dishes per person while looking at the menu on the table 😍

Since it is free, for example
without choosing dessert
It is also possible to order multiple main dishes 🥺

I can't stand this excitement 😍

The personality of the chef
It's so warm
I feel like my selfishness is being listened to 🤣
An atmosphere where customer satisfaction is the top priority.
It really resonated with me and I had a happy lunch.
(I think this is true of all stores, but I especially felt this💕)

This is a restaurant that I would definitely like to visit again 😍

A stylish shop
It is located in the Shikenmachi area lined with streets♪

Because it has a simple appearance
I never noticed it until now when I passed by.

A very small and cute store♪
Apparently they only take reservations for about 3 groups a day.

The tables are spaced apart so it's relaxing.
I hope you can enjoy your meal quietly (^^)

The course is probably up to you.
I think it was around 10,000 yen♪

I asked for a pairing for about 5000 yen (^^)

But first I want to drink beer, so I order it.
Pair your first glass of sparkling wine
I was able to change it to beer (^^)

★Red tiger prawns, corn, mascarpone cheese

The first dish is red tiger prawns!

The sauce made with boiled shrimp is made with tartar sauce.
It's very delicious♪

Sweet corn and
With creamy mascarpone cheese
It was a dish that went well with each other (^^)

White wine that matches the food♪

★flathead, pomelo, pinot green
Grunt, Milt, Green Onion]

Next is a fish dish in a "Japanese" container♪

Beneath the crispy grilled grunt
My favorite albino was hiding♪

The green onion on top is also a nice accent♪
Flathead has a refreshing taste with pomelo and baby leaf♪

We paired it with slightly sparkling wine (^^)

Thick and chewy pasta♪

I had it mixed with young sweetfish powder♪

There are two types of pasta in the Italian course.
It's a bit rare, isn't it?

This is the tagliatelle I used♪

For tagliatelle with a firm texture
It seems that buckwheat flour is kneaded into it♪
This pasta was also delicious~(^^)

★Nodoguro, white asparagus, summer truffle

This also comes in a Japanese container!

The sauce made by boiling down the liver and liver was really delicious (^^)

★Anjo Beef/Hana Sansho Tsukudani/Hoozuki

The main dish is roasted Anjo beef♪
The bite size is just right for your stomach (^^)

I don't really need meat as a main dish these days (^^;

On the side is tsukudani with scallops and sansho pepper♪
I liked the Hana Sansho Tsukudani (^^)

★Purple sea urchin and foie gras risotto

Rich and full-bodied taste♪
Risotto with amazing texture!

The best core I've ever eaten
It was leftover risotto.

It seems that tastes are quite different
Personally, I really like the firmness and taste (^^)

It's a nice restaurant where you can enjoy a leisurely meal.

The chef's customer service was soft and pleasant.

The price is reasonable though
The final satisfaction level was very high (^^)
