There are many ramen dishes with dried fish-based soups, but the ramen at this restaurant is the worst.
First of all, they are not able to bring out the flavour of the dried sardines. The broth is supposed to produce a mellow broth, but it completely cancels out the soya sauce flavour of the soup, and the soya sauce cancels out the umami of the broth, and the salty taste of the soya sauce is emphasised by the broth.
In other words, the soup tastes bad.
If that were all, the noodles would be crazy by any standards.
The noodles are thick and curly and look like handmade noodles, but there is a huge amount of weird, shaggy, uncut noodles that look weird, and not only do they look disgusting, they don't taste very good at all.
The chashu pork was relatively decent, but the taste is a step down compared to other restaurants.
Overall, it's unbelievably bad that they can make ramen that should taste somewhat good no matter how it's supposed to be made, taste this bad.
The customer service was normal, but it is a crime to exist when you continue to serve food that is fundamentally bad, and at a normal price that is not cheap.
I wish they would do something about it.

I prefer the second shop which specializes in chicken ramen but this is quite good as well. It's a pork and Niboshi broth with an emphasis on pork back fat so it'll he quite oily

I like this place but you have to like fish taste broth. Specifically its Sardine broth. The pork slices are very nice, thin and tasty and the egg was done perfectly. The noodles are thicker so that has to be your preference as the menu is limited. Lines can be long here and you need to have some Japanese skill to read and buy your ticket but the can help.
