This is a private kitchen run by a husband and wife team. Without a doubt some of the best Japanese food I’ve ever had. If I could I’d give it 6 stars. Eat at the counter. Watch this man cook. Sublime!

It was a while ago, but I was curious about the unique store layout. There is one counter and one table inside the store. This is a nice Japanese restaurant where you can watch the cooking from the counter. Starting with something warm, the menu progresses to dishes that combine creativity and quantity, such as a dish of fried matsutake mushrooms in a thin batter, a large oyster topped with oyster sprouts, and sushi rolls wrapped in various parts of tuna. There are many things I have never seen before, such as soup made with plenty of matsutake mushrooms, drumstick, and salted sea bream. It was sea bream rice after meat appeared in somen. I'm full. We even had dessert. The balance between the very friendly and fun owner and the landlady is perfect. thank you very much.

The price is high at 33,000 yen per person.
However, the satisfaction far exceeds the price.
It's not flashy, but I think you'll be satisfied with the delicious dishes that take advantage of the quality of the owner and hostess and the quality of the ingredients.
Recommended for entertaining guests.
Of course, we can recommend it to anyone who can afford it, whether it's with family or on a date.
There is no parking lot.
Taxi is convenient from the nearest station.
