Nagasaki Saikan Review Summary

I visited because I was nearby.
Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon are the main dishes, but tuna pickled rice bowl and pork bowl are also popular.

I took the opportunity to order a regular serving of udon noodles.
It seems that if you order it before 11:30, it will automatically come with a mini curry.
The volume of Sara Udon itself is huge, so if you eat the curry, your stomach will be full.
The curry is home-style and sweet. This is normal.

Sara udon has a sweet taste that suggests that sugar is used in the bean paste itself.
The soy sauce in Kyushu is also sweet, so I guess it's something like this. Personally, I feel nostalgic.
It's not only sweet, but also has a lot of seasoning, so it's delicious.
It's even more delicious if you add sauce, vinegar, mustard, etc. halfway through to change the taste.

I went there with a colleague because it was a famous restaurant.
There was already a line outside by 11:30.
I was able to go inside after waiting less than 10 minutes.
The four seats are separated by a clear screen, so you can sit side by side with your colleagues.
They were taking orders while I was lining up outside, so I didn't have to wait.
Normal size? That's an incredible amount.
Of course it tasted good, but I was desperate to eat it lol
He also added a mini curry for an extra 100 yen.
I managed to finish my meal, paid 1,180 yen, and headed home.
Next time I come, I'll have less lol

First visit in over 5 years.
It was a huge serving.
I had the urge to order a mini curry and was full until I went to sleep.
I ate it for the first time in a while and it was delicious, but I wonder if it was this sweet? ?

I visited here because I wanted to eat Champon after a long time.
When I arrived before noon, I was able to get in.
I was confused when I looked at the menu, so I ordered Champon without hesitation.
Champon with lots of vegetables came out.
And I forgot that it came with curry in the morning.
It's quite filling when combined with curry.
It was so delicious that I could eat it, but I wasn't hungry until the evening.

On this day, I wanted to eat the pickled rice bowl here, so I was prepared to wait in line, so I visited a little before noon.
The timing was perfect, and there was only one person waiting, so a seat became available right away.

The rice bowl and champon soup are quite filling.
Both are delicious, but the portions are large.
I was super full.
There was a line in line when I left.

Anyway, the quantity is not too much for lunch.
They have a great service mentality, but if they were to raise their prices, I would like them to keep the prices the same and keep the quantity normal.
By the way, as everyone has said, the chanpon is sweet, and even if you don't order it, other items come with soup without the noodles, so I don't think you need to order it.
