The food at this restaurant was excellent. The dishes were simple, but the flavors were complex and well-balanced. I particularly enjoyed the Japanese Yuzu clear soup with eel, which was light and refreshing yet had a deep, umami flavor. The deep-fried eggplant was also a standout, as it was cooked perfectly and had a unique flavor that I had never tasted before. The abalone tempura was also cooked perfectly and was very tender.
The atmosphere at the restaurant was also very nice. The dining room was spacious and well-lit, and the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

Great food and wine. Wine by the glass menu was excellent, dishes were carefully prepared with freshness and nice detailed texture. Tried the 12000 yen lunch menu, and it was a bargain for the quality. Will definitely visit again when visiting Fukuoka.
