Local restaurant offering really good food. Pork cartilage with soba is a must try!

While retaining the traditional taste, you can enjoy delicious soba that has been researched and successfully overcome the weaknesses of Okinawa soba 🍜
Starting with the improvement of [Okinawa's water], which is said to be bad, the original boiled noodles 🙅‍♂️ → The noodles have been improved to a curly type with strong raw noodles, and go well with the slowly boiled pork bone-based soup. They intertwine◎
The three pieces of meat were lightly seared on the surface, adding a nice aroma. Soft that it collapses just by lifting it🫠
The table-top [pork goose] that replaces Kole goose is delicious and delicious! Looks like it can be used for other things besides soba 🌶️
This is a soba restaurant with no faults that you'll want to tell others about 💯Thank you for the meal 😋

I received a large plate of grilled cartilage soki soba for 1,220 yen.
I can certainly see why it has such high reviews.
The cartilage was simmered until it became melty, and it was well seasoned and very delicious.
When I ordered it, I was hesitant because I thought 4 pieces of cartilage would be too much for me, but the cartilage here is about half the size of the cartilage at other stores, so it went perfectly.

The soup is also unusual for Okinawa soba, and is a cloudy soup made by boiling pork bones for a long time, and is quite delicious.

The noodles were average.

Overall rating: 4-4.5 for taste.
However, once you learn of many Okinawa soba restaurants that are better than this one and cost less than 1,000 yen, your excitement will end there. . .
The pork bone soup was a light pork bone soup with no odor, and I felt that the depth and richness of the flavor was a bit lacking. . .
So this time the rating is 4.

Thank you for the meal.

A restaurant where you can eat unique Okinawa soba!
The rich tonkotsu soup is the one and only Okinawa soba.
The inside of the store is spacious with tatami rooms, tables, and counters.
The recommended soba is the grilled soki soba. This is exquisite.
It's a rich tonkotsu soup that could be eaten as ramen.
Soki has a rich soup with a nice charcoal aroma.
Okinawa soba noodles with a chewy texture overlap
It will be ``the best Okinawa soba with a difference.''
I've eaten a lot of Okinawa soba, but to be honest, even though the taste is delicious, it's all pretty similar.
This place deviated from the concept of Okinawa soba and was delicious☆
Also, there was an original seasoning called "pork goose", which was also the best couscous for the strange taste lol
I also bought some pork goose on the way home and it's a big hit at my house.
There are seats so you can enjoy your meal with peace of mind, even with children.
It's about 5 minutes by car from the airport, so it's also recommended for tourists!

Located about 10 minutes from Yui Rail Komidori Station!
"Okinawa soba doesn't taste good," he says.
The shop owner started the shop based on a friend's words.

“Okinawa Soba Nakazaya @ Komidori (Okinawa)”
・Roasted cartilage soki soba (medium) 980 yen
・Juicy set 250 yen
*350 yen for single item

[Roasted cartilage soki soba]
A pork bone-based soup that is rare even though bonito soup is the mainstream😳
Rich but light pork bone soup
The melty cartilage soki was delicious😋
Adding pork goose in the middle gives it a nice spiciness!

[Juicy]
It had a gentle taste and went perfectly with the soki soba👍
