Narukami Description

Located in Kyoto, Narukami is a hidden gem for ramen lovers. This cozy restaurant offers a unique dining experience with its authentic Japanese decor and warm ambiance. The menu at Narukami is focused on ramen, and they take great pride in their craft.

What sets Narukami apart from other ramen establishments is their dedication to using high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. The broth is simmered for hours to achieve a rich and flavorful base, and the noodles are made in-house to ensure freshness. Each bowl of ramen is carefully crafted with attention to detail, resulting in a harmonious blend of flavors.

One of the standout dishes at Narukami is their signature Tonkotsu Ramen. The creamy and savory pork bone broth is paired with tender slices of chashu (braised pork), perfectly cooked noodles, and a variety of toppings such as bamboo shoots, green onions, and a soft-boiled egg. The combination of textures and flavors in this dish is truly exceptional.

Whether you're a ramen aficionado or simply looking for a delicious and satisfying meal, Narukami is a must-visit. Immerse yourself in the flavors of Japan and indulge in a bowl of their exquisite ramen.

Narukami is the first place where I've had Ramen in Japan. It is run by a couple and I was thoroughly impressed by the dedication of cooking and the taste/quality of food.

I would surely go here again, its great value for money as well!

This restaurant serves the most delicious fried rice I’ve ever had. The Gyoza and Ramen are also very good!
The owners are two very friendly people and I’ve felt welcomed here! Dankeschön!

By far the best ramen I’ve ever had! It’s run by a super nice couple and the prices are phenomenal. If you’re not a massive fan of ramen (somehow), their gyoza and shrimp fried rice are also impeccable!

Translated from Japanese:

Kyoto chacha and shrimp rice are delicious! Narukami (Kitano Hakubaimachi) Char siu noodles + C set #C set = shrimp rice (full size) + gyoza #Are you from Hosokawa (Nishikyogoku)? #Noodles (large) can be ordered from the store with 2 balls...

Translated from Japanese:

First, I entered the small store and ordered a set with ramen. First of all, it was nicely browned, but then I took a bite. It was lighter than it looked, and I ate it all in no time. Next is back fat soy sauce...

Translated from Japanese:

In 2022, I will be working in Kyoto with a young man who loves ramen. I was researching this place because I wanted young people who love ramen to try delicious Kyoto ramen, and I came across an article titled ``A ramen restaurant that can be considered the perfect form of Kyoto ramen.''
