A shop where you can enjoy authentic Chinese food at a low price!

This time I used it for lunch.
I received a set of fried chicken and mapo tofu.

Mapo tofu is an authentic type, not the type that is often disguised with thick red bean paste at local Chinese restaurants. They also use real seasonings.
Because they use the real thing, the flavor is a little different from the usual taste, so if you're not used to eating it, you might wonder, What is this?
It's delicious even if you make it ahead of time for lunch!
By the way, it's not spicy at all.

It's fried chicken, but it's covered in sweet and sour bean paste, and it's so delicious! And it's big! The salad goes smoothly!

Basically, it's a dish with this much flavor, so I'm sure the other dishes are delicious as well.

I had the tandan noodles without soup.
The combination of the impactful seasoning and the chewy thick noodles is delicious.
The two types of pepper on the table, chili oil and vinegar changed the flavor and made it delicious to the last bite.
It was a good lunch. Thank you for the meal.

It's always crowded, so I visited when it opened at 11am.
    Counter only, cash only. perhaps…
I ordered the popular 2-item side dish, ``Karaage (deep-fried chicken) and mapo tofu set (1,180 yen including tax)''.
The portions are plentiful, and the flavor and spiciness are strong, so it might be better to go there with the feeling that you're getting serious Chinese food rather than street Chinese food.
Anyway, I'm very full and satisfied.
    Thank you for the meal😋

Sanra noodles with mustard greens and rich toppings

Right in front of Nakamise shopping street in Machida,
That famous grilled xiao long bao shop is nearby.
There's always a crowd of people around.

I love mapo tofu, so I thought about making mapo tofu noodles.
I started to wonder if mapo tofu is rice after all,
Dandan noodles are good, and sanra noodles are also good.
The menu is so extensive that I can't decide.
I checked the reviews and it looked delicious.
I made samra noodles with mustard greens ✨

    ・Takana meat sanra noodles ¥1,080

I really love the taste of sour and spicy ❤️
There are so many ingredients that you can't even get to the noodles.
    Volume!
    The bean sprouts are crunchy!
Takana and bamboo shoots are also delicious~♡
There seem to be about 1.5 times as many noodles as in a normal restaurant.
It's so big that you won't be able to finish it unless you're really hungry!

I want to try mapo tofu next time.
They have attractive summer menus such as chilled dandan noodles.
This is a store I want to come to again and again.

A set meal set with two side dishes comes with one side dish piled high in a bowl. .
You can't finish eating unless you're really hungry! ? When I looked next to me, I saw my older sister eating happily. .

I had the oil and chicken set meal (1,080 yen).
I thought it would be a lot, but it went surprisingly well. The seasoning wasn't too strong and there were plenty of garnished vegetables, so I didn't feel guilty. Thank you for the meal.

This hiyashi chuka was recommended to me by a friend.
What I often eat is mainly from supermarkets and convenience stores (and discounted items just before they close), and hiyashi chuka eaten outside has a refreshing texture that doesn't leave you feeling full, and I have a strong impression that it's a bit expensive (personally). As expected, when I looked at the menu, it was 1,100 yen, which was higher than the hotpot meat set meal (980 yen). . I was thinking about having the double-pot meat, but I decided to order it as a conversation piece. .

    ...It's quite voluminous.
There are also 6 to 7 types of ingredients, unlike the supermarkets. Although there is no pickled ginger, the pack comes with mustard. Above all, the slightly charred Kinshi egg, squid, grilled pork, tomatoes, and plenty of vegetables look delicious and colorful. . The noodles were so chewy that I couldn't finish them all in one sitting. More than average, more delicious than I imagined. .

It doesn't really hit your stomach, but it does give you a good feeling of fullness and satisfaction. I'm glad I ate it.

However, if I were to eat it on a regular basis, it would probably be a double-pot meat set meal (I'm the only one who feels like the amount has been decreasing recently)?
