There are no where like this noodle shop like here. You can enjoy very strong sardine UMAMI taste of soup. It is worth to come here even if you are very far from this restaurant.

I knew I wanted to go after seeing my friend's posts on Instagram, so I was looking forward to it.
Attracted by the clear soup, I ordered the Niboshi Ramen Shio.
The taste was better than I expected.
They also have limited edition ramen every month, so I'd like to try the limited edition ramen next time.
The gyoza is also delicious and I am very satisfied ❤
If you don't go when it opens, it fills up quickly, so I recommend going early.
They also have dried sardines for dogs and cats, so if your child can eat them, it might be a good souvenir.
My daughter had dried sardines for her cat and brought them home lol
The noodles in the dried sardines ramen were thin, but the back fat that my friend ordered was thick and I liked the taste, so I'd like to consider that next time as well.
There are many kinds, so I want to eat a lot of them 😍

Visited after a long time
I think even people who don't like dried sardines can enjoy it deliciously as long as it's thick enough that you won't have to worry about the unique aroma...
The medium-thick noodles have a nice crunch and go down smoothly, and the balance with the soup is very good (^o^)👌
A restaurant that serves a satisfying cup of coffee that you will never get tired of, no matter how many times you visit.
There is also a parking lot, so it's easy to get in the way.

Niboshi ramen, Tokuno. The dried sardines are thick, but I'm glad that the flavor isn't unnecessarily strong.
I looked it up on the internet and found out that it's a popular restaurant.
It's one of the top stores in Saitama.
Since it was a weekday, there was no line.

On the way home from my parents' house.
Take a little detour here.
It was after 8pm, and there were few customers in the store.
Looking at the ticket machine,
``Chinese soba'', ``niboshi soba'', and ``backfat sardine soba'' are the standard.
Each dish comes with a choice of soy sauce or salt.
The bottom row includes rich, extra rich, spicy sardines, Kawagoe soy sauce mazesoba, etc.
There are also several other types of buttons.
Out of that,
Back fat dried sardines soy sauce, high in fat @800 yen
Extra pork pork 1 piece @100 yen
The soup is very clear, fluffy with dried sardines, and has plenty of backfat.
This is delicious!
The base soup is light, so there is no problem even if you use a lot of fat.
The chashu is moist.
I wonder if the noodles have been changed to a rich type? It wasn't the Patsupatsu type.
If it's not too rich, this is good ♪
I was driving that day, so I didn't really care about the nearest location.
According to research, if you are taking the train, Shinkawa Station is the closest one.
For now, I have to come here for the rich and extra rich food.
