It's a small shop, but it has a nice atmosphere. Not only the skewers but also the curry at the end is delicious and I highly recommend it.

A quaint izakaya located in a side street near Gotanda Station.
Is this curry said to be delicious? I was BMing because it was a hot topic, but I finally visited for the first time.
The lit lanterns create a nice atmosphere during a rainy day or at dusk. Makes me want to have another drink.
There were no other customers so I was alone at the counter. I asked for half & half. We were served two types of curry, rice, and Fukujinzuke on separate plates, but we were told that we could have the rice replaced.
When you scoop out just the curry and taste it, the beef tendon nankotsu curry has a gentle taste similar to European curry with almost no spiciness. It seems that there is beef tendon, Nankotsu, and tongue, but they are cut into small pieces, so it feels like you can eat them together. The texture is good, with a mixture of creamy and chewy. The butter chicken is a little spicier and has a different taste than the one you get at an Indian restaurant. This is also good. Izakaya's curry is delicious. Adding chili powder to the beef tendon curry in the second half gives it a nice aroma and makes it even more delicious. I was thinking of getting a second helping of rice since I didn't have much, but I ended up eating only the curry so I gave up.
It was so delicious that I wanted to eat it forever, and I ended up eating it all in one go.
I want to drink it while eating meat skewers at night, and then eat curry again to finish it off.
