Cozy restaurant catering to lovers of game meat. Menu changes based on availability.

I enjoyed bear carpaccio and boar bacon galette with some good local beer.

Be aware there is no English menu so you’ll depend on the servers to make sense of the options.

Good selection of game meats, accompanied by creative touches like stewed figs, paper thin slices of spice bread, slightly sweet grape-infused mustard, etc. Everything beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. On the night we visited there was pheasant potage, deer, boar, quail, wild duck, and more. Excellent home-made bread, and reasonably priced wine. There does not seem to be an English menu (we didn't need one), but the friendly staff would probably be able to help those who don't read Japanese.A little hard to find, but worth the search.

gibier restaurant. that was Wednesday and my reservation call was just before visiting, that's why our table was near from entrance, 1F. space was so tight.
but tasty meals, costs cheap rather than reasonable.

One of the few gibier specialty stores.
The interior of the restaurant has the atmosphere of a stylish mountain hut.

The slightly dim lighting creates a nice atmosphere, so it's perfect for a date, friends, or a girls' night out.

There were dishes made with a variety of wild game such as wild boar, rabbit, and duck, and the dishes were cooked and seasoned to address the points that people don't like about wild game, such as the texture and hardness, so they were very easy to eat and delicious.

Courses start from ¥5,500, so it might be a good idea to try the various recommended menus here first.

It's a restaurant that you'll want to come back to again and again because it's full of unusual dishes.

There are many different types of wine, so be sure to enjoy them with your food.

The homemade charcuterie platter is an appetizer platter that can be ordered for just one person.
I think you can have a very stylish after-hours meal if you drink wine while eating here.

It is better to access from Shin-Nihonbashi Station than from Kanda.
