Nihonbashi Brewery. T.s Review Summary

More of a restaurant than a brewery but both the food and beer were good. You need to use the Line app to order which may not be easy for foreigners. They have about 10 beers on tap. Salad and tea included with every meal.

The pudding was amazing.

Visited shortly without a reservation after lunch on Friday (15 Dec, 2023)
The store has a requirement for each guest to buy a drink if you're just having desserts.
The homemade pudding was ¥720.
The caramel was slightly bitter which goes really well with the vanilla ice cream. The pudding itself was smooth and dense with a wonderful eggy aroma.
We shared 1 pudding amongst 2 people and it was very filling. They also have a giant version available, but I didn't see it on the menu.

I visited specifically for the uni spaghetti, which was extremely creamy and tasty. You have to wait 20 minutes but it was worth it. End the meal with the pudding and ice cream, served to US portions (way too big). The beer was excellent!

The food here is pretty good. My friend got some beer served sake style (warm, in a wooden cube) and he was a bit meh on it. The star of our meal was definitely the pudding (more of a set custard or flan) topped with ice cream. Delicious!

Bookings are recommended. We arrived 15 minutes after it opened and got the last 4 seater (high) table.
The service is very tight.
As everyone seemed to be ordering it, we chose the Chicago pizza. We also prefer
