A restaurant that requires advance reservation. Overall a very positive experience ! Was able to taste the quality of anago and how it's prepared differently. Food was really fresh and I really liked the appetiser and the simmered celery. Dessert was excellent !

I stumbled over my Japanese, and the staff sighed.
The food tastes good, but it doesn’t feel like a place worth visiting again.

Was looking desparately for somewhere to have dinner and found this place. It's not Unagi (which is freshwater eel) but Anago, it's sea water cousin. Less fat and less succulent, but firmer texture. Enjoyed the meal and while paying up, spied a Michelin sign. I think this restaurant or it's head restaurant was Michelin rated in 2018. Overall, I rather enjoyed the meal, and all the more when it was serendipitous.

A Anago ( sea eel) specialty restaurant! Very tasty and Anago texture is more finer than unagi (eel) ! Though not as fat as unagi but it’s texture and taste are very yummy! This store is very good and no fuss! Good values too! Highly recommended

This is our go-to anago restaurant. And we have been back half a dozen times. Typically, we go for the medium size serving, with a mix of boiled and grilled eel, and the chasuke as well.
