I was able to have a wonderful dish beyond my imagination. You can see the cooking process from the front of the counter seats. It's a clean, straight dish. The burning is exquisite. And the food is beautiful. It was fun to talk with the taciturn general during the cooking and talk about various things after the meal.

I took him there as a reward for work.
This shop is located in a quiet place deep in Aoyama.

I was impressed with each and every item and had a really happy time.
It seems that the shop is run by someone who has experience working at Ryugin.

The faceted glass of the choko's mouth was so cute that I could stare at it for a long time.
The first dish, chawanmushi with corn and sea urchin, was impressive. Many of the dishes had the sweetness of seasonal vegetables.
Also, the blue candied Tsuyugusa on top of the yogurt ice cream for dessert was really beautiful...
I think this is a store where you can spend a wonderful time.
Thank you for the meal.
