Amazing experience! Beautiful small restaurant, with excellent food. The chef made a great effort to explain all the dishes in English. Would definitely recommend!

A small shop near Nijo Castle. There are 6 counter seats and 1 table with 4 seats. It's like a small hideaway.
The young host serves elegant and delicious food. I thought it was great to be able to have so much fun playing the game in a straight forward manner without trying to get too weird.
The drinks and utensils were also good. I feel that every detail is taken care of.

The seven dishes are made with three types of beef: Asago from Shiga, Bon from Fukui, and Kuro beef from Wakayama. Although I felt that the Asago was a little weak and the Black Beef was a little too strong, the dish was perfect. I rarely come across a store that I want to go to again. The fact that he puts his all into every dish is due to his youth. It's fun just thinking about what kind of food a chef who cooks at this level at such a young age will be serving us 10 years from now.
