We came across this restaurant at the basement level of the Beams store. Our experience was quite disappointing to be honest. We struggled to gain the attention of the wait staff multiple times (to ask for water or more drinks). We also waited around 50 minutes for our first main which was the hamburger steak. Unfortunately, the hamburger steak was burnt on one side. I believe a restaurant with the facilities that this had, should hold itself to a higher standard and not be burning basic food. Our second dish arrived shortly after which was the seafood pasta. This dish was slightly better. The pasta was overcooked and so was the prawns. However, the fish pieces in the pasta were cooked perfectly. Broken pieces of shell from the mussels could be found within the sauce which was a let down. Overall we would not recommend or return. However, this was our experience and it may have been an off night for the establishment.

We celebrated🍾a birthday here and it is memorable because of the warmth of the waiters and the quality of the food. We arrived without any reservation but was gladly welcomed as they tried their best to accommodate the celebration. Food here is delicious and of good quality. They were served sequentially and freshly done. Waiters are friendly and patient. We had a great time here and recommend a visit to anyone who is in the area.

The restaurant initially seems to be upscale, but the prices and food are about what you'd find in most of the nicer restaurants in Tokyo.
Their main draw, as noted by their name, is craft alcohol - beer and gin (possibly whiskey too?). This isn't an American style craft brew restaurant though, as due to size limitations they obviously can't have a large variety of tap beers on hand. Not sure if they change the beer menu with the seasons, but it didn't seem likely.
The food was decent, but nothing I'd call special. I had the beef stew and felt it lacked cracked black pepper, and there was none on the table or in sight. My wife's omelet rice similarly needed a bit of pepper to spice it up.
Other than that, the service was excellent, as in most Japanese restaurants, and the overall vibe was nice - which is quite important.

An interesting underground bar hideaway in Beams. Great selection of beers and drinks, but menu was very pricey. The omurice took long to come and honestly I wasn’t impressed, the fried rice was cold and clumpy inside and the omelette was too thin a layer.

Had a few fried items with rice and a Saison. All pretty good overall but the shrimp was a bit overdone. Liked the pretty sizeable beer selection and interesting menu items. Good service and nice atmosphere.
