My favorite meat dish
The overall taste is sweet, but the dashi soup is effective and the wine goes well, but it has a Japanese feel to it.

Since it's cherry blossom season, I made a reservation about 3 weeks in advance. Leave the cooking to me.

It's difficult to make reservations at this restaurant, but I happened to be able to get there. The atmosphere and taste of the Kyoto townhouse, run by the owner and his friendly daughter, is outstanding.
