I’m a sucker for 壽喜燒
I’m also a sucker for old school nostalgia
This was:
Top quality beef
Top service
Top tier sukiyaki
Although the pricing was not too friendly (I ordered two additional prices, 2 for 8500 yens), I knew it was somewhere special and I needed to fulfill that hunger with additional meat. But trust me, 3 pieces is very enough, with three different dishes of accompanying food (lettuce, noodles, veggies, tofu). The rice…made the mistake of ordering additional bowls of rice.
Overall highly recommend if you don’t mind the price. Otherwise just a very exquisite experience.

Been here many times especially when visit Tokyo. Best sukiyaki ever. A little bit pricey but worth every penny and deserves michelin star. They have specific requirements for meat, vegetables, fruits, anything. So they will serve you best food on the table.
Service was great, they are very polite and attentive. Mrs. Aoyama was very helpful, kind, and care to us. Obviously will be back again soon.
Reservation is highly recommended because it’s always full, but not crowded inside, they have few table only with enough distance with others, so you will feel comfortable and won’t feel crowded.

Top level service here at ningyocho imahan, and also the best sukiyaki I’ve had .
You most likely have to book in advance, and for me I chose the top quality beef they had. And it was extremely good, and in private room , the server dressed in traditional dress comes in to cook it for you .
They speak to you in Japanese and I can understand and speak a little, but they use full 尊敬語 which maybe slightly hard to understand as it is super respectful level of Japanese! But nonetheless I really appreciate this level of service
It’s not cheap but it is well worth. The course meal is also very filling. I also enjoyed the IWA 5 sake they had on menu. Very recommended !
