This was probably one of the best unique and dining experience I've had in Tokyo. Although it's Italian I would say it was a lot closer to Japanese cuisine than Italian as ingredients were all fresh ingredients from Japan with an Italian/western twist to it. The restaurant is price fixed yet has a very flexible menu with you being able to pick many different choices from the menu.
8 small appetisers in the beginning and then 5 following courses that you can chose to have. You can have 5 pasta dishes or 5 dessert dishes and the restaurant will accommodate.
What I loved the most was the wines that they provided with the menu. They provided 3 glasses of wines and all three of them were very well thought out and seriously impressive for wine pairing. The wine list is also very extensive and priced fairly if you want a little more to drink.
Fresh pasta was also very unique and I loved it a lot. And like most restaurants in Japan service and environment was great.

Lucky i've been here. Premium rare item wine list. I nearly teared with the Etienne Sauzet Montrachet Grand Cru.
So creamy with delicate complexity that gave me goosebumps.

Perfect fusion of Japanese and Italian. The initial course of 8 appetisers is a great sample of the chefs’ creativity. Would recommend to anyone, but particularly if you’re celebrating a milestone or other special occasion
