Seven of my family members took care of me.
When the open kitchen opens and Chef Arishima appears, my mother points at the chef and says he knows! Look, I'm on that program, what is it, my mother who doesn't mention Job Tune's name. Anyway, it was a very exciting start.
Chef Arishima, thank you for sticking with my mother's boring puns.
And it goes without saying that the food was all delicious, and this time we had the whole course of the pale shark's fin cooked into the course, and everyone was very satisfied!

Everything was an impressive meal and show.
Owner-chef Mr. Arishima's performance gave a warm and intimate feel to the closeness between the chef and the guests, creating a homely atmosphere among the guests, and I was even more impressed by his way of thinking about food.
It was a true Arishima Chef Theater where you could watch a live cooking show and be transported along with the aromas of the process of creating exquisite ingredients.
For this course, the manager, sommelier Otaki, poured the best match of carefully selected alcoholic beverages for pairing.
For the final sweets, we were taken to a separate room, where we were enveloped in a quiet atmosphere while feeling the lingering aftertaste of the meal.
Food is something to be enjoyed with all your senses!
