Excellent Chinese restaurant in Nishiazabu. It’s right next to the natural Lawson and it’s in B1 with a stair down. Great Dim Sum and fresh fish of the day. Not an expansive menu but it does have most of the popular Chinese items. They also have daily special menu on a board. Highly recommended jf you are looking for some good Chinese food in this neighborhood.

I received Gomokuyumen for 1300 yen.
It was OK to specify hard noodles.
The noodles are Hong Kong noodles, which are thin, firm and chewy, with crisp edges and a delicate yet sharp texture.
Apparently the noodle factory ages the dough before making it into noodles.
The soup has a moderately thick filling, and although it has a strong flavor, it is not bitter and has a refreshing aftertaste. I get the impression that the flavor is strong and the saltiness is suppressed. delicious.
The chilled chicken appetizer was also very delicious.
