thoughts:
I was curious about this store because it was sold out when I went there after 2pm. I visited Futakotamagawa again in the morning. Everything is cheaper than other stores but delicious. Mame Daifuku has a gentle sweetness that reminds me of my grandma's homemade bean paste. It has lots of big beans and is delicious. Neither the mochi nor the beans were salty, but they were still easy to eat. The mitarashi dango is nicely browned and not too sweet, with a hint of soy sauce. Kashiwamochi is made with sweet bean paste that smells like mugwort. The mochi was soft, probably because it was freshly made (I went back and bought the Kashiwa mochi on a different day). The lady was very efficient and wrapped it quickly. I usually go to Futakotamagawa at noon, but I heard that there may still be some left before 2pm, so I'd like to visit again.

・Order: Mame daifuku, mitarashi dango, kashiwa mochi (tsubu)
・Fee: 172 yen, 129 yen, 216 yen
・Location: 4 minutes walk from Futakotamagawa Station
・Waiting: None
・Meal: Mame Daifuku has a lot of firm beans. Mitarashi dango is not too sweet and easy to eat. Kashiwamochi has a soft mochi.
・Customer service: Skilled.
・Atmosphere: The store looks like an old-fashioned Japanese sweets shop. A small shop.

Visited around 3pm on a Sunday. There were about 4 types left.
It seems that Ohagi will be sold for the last time this year, and the next one will be around the equinox.
It was light and delicious.
I was able to use PayPay and Seta Pay.

I ate shaved ice. The ice feels like it has been shaved and is a little rough. When you put it in your mouth, it melts all at once. I guess the temperature is just right.
I also made mame daifuku, kuzu mochi, and mitarashi. The mochi does not contain trehalose, so it has a natural sweetness. On the other hand, it becomes hard in the evening. I think it's best to enjoy the natural texture when eating.

The mame daifuku that is sold out that day is of course delicious, and the rice cakes that you buy when you stop by are so delicious that you can eat them right away.

[Nishikawa confectionery store]
A Japanese confectionery shop located at the entrance of the shopping district, a 5-minute walk from Futakotamagawa Station. There are always people lining up.

Although it is an unpretentious and unpretentious Japanese sweet, it is also a great souvenir to give to friends from overseas.

Be careful when you go, as almost everything is sold out by 2pm.

Everything is delicious, but we recommend Ankoro Mochi and Inari.
Due to the recent rush to raise prices, the size of the rice cakes has become smaller than before, but it is still a great value.
Each item is cheap, so I end up adding more.

Payment can be made using Seta Pay and Paypay. It's very convenient because you don't have to carry around coins.

A store that I want to go to forever.
