Kado-san and Kado-land! I'm convinced that Mr. Kaku's wonderful personality improves the quality of his customers.
The pairing champagne, Comtes 2000, was divinely delicious and I fell in love with it the moment I put it in my mouth.
From the first dish, soup with white truffles,
The dishes that came out one after another were so moving that I was speechless! !
For drinks, we also serve unique wines and sake.
The dishes are beautiful, the taste, the space, the customer service, there are very few restaurants where everything is so perfect! !
I think it's because Mr. Kado is humble, inquisitive, and always willing to learn that he is able to create such unique and inspiring dishes.
