The best udon I've ever had in 15 visits to Japan, I would certainly recommend it if you're in the neighborhood.

Meat soup udon dipping sauce
I preferred it to be a little darker 💦
The noodles are thin and soft...
The red ginger tempura is chewy.
It's never crispy lol
The vegetables used were good.
Seasoned? ! didn't suit my taste, so
It was a bit disappointing.

Noguchi Seimenjo is an udon restaurant located in a residential area near Kitayama Park, famous for the Iris Festival, about an 11-minute walk from the west exit of Higashimurayama Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
If you drive by by car or bicycle, you may not notice it because it is not very noticeable. Nearby are Kitayama Park and Shofukuji Temple, a national treasure, with lots of greenery and a nice atmosphere.
Recommended is the Higashimurayama Jiko Meat Soup Udon (Pork).
We also have bear meat, pork, wild boar, and venison.
Musashino udon noodles are made with local flour from Higashimurayama, and are thick and chewy, with the flavor of the flour.
I'm glad there's plenty of dipping sauce.
The soup has a light seasoning.
We also have a wide variety of other seasonal menus such as mori udon, kamatama, bukkake, curry udon, and Okinawa soba.
There are also oden and tempura, which you can choose from self-service inside the store, so you can't help but end up eating way too much (lol).
The homemade sata andagi and pudding are also delicious and recommended!
You can also take out fresh noodles, boiled noodles, and dried noodles.
Of course, fresh noodles are recommended!
There is a bicycle parking space and a parking lot, and although there is only one seat, there is a small raised area with tatami seats for four people, so it is safe even if you are bringing children. There are plenty of outside seats too!

I was so surprised when I saw the dish at the top of the menu that I had to look twice.
I even checked with the staff.
Udon with gravy made from higuma meat.
I think venison and wild boar meat are rare, but I never thought a place like this would serve bear meat.
I ate regular pork gravy udon.
300g is included in the charge, and the amount increases in increments of 150g, and the charge will also be added.
Just in case, I ordered a large serving of 450g.
I didn't feel any pain, my stomach was full, and I think it was the right amount for me.
The tempura is made ahead of time and you serve it on a plate yourself.
There was also self-serve oden.
However, the inside of the store was filled with an indescribable smell. Maybe it's the influence of oden.
Although it was gravy, the seasoning was weak.
The main dish, the udon, wasn't very distinctive.
Bear meat gravy udon seems to be popular with young people and women.

It was reserved for the entire lunch time on weekdays.
It seems like it starts with slicing udon noodles and shavings of bonito flakes, and it takes more than 20 minutes to serve.
Is this your first time being a geek? I was suddenly asked, “Hate?” I came here once about 20 years ago, but I didn't quite understand the purpose of the question, so I ended up asking for help.
Oden and fried food are self-service, and I ate this and this by myself!! It is a system that reports and accounts for ️. Oden doesn't even have a lid near the entrance, and when was the tempura served? It was so sticky that I remembered that I didn't want to eat it before.
The noodles are Musashino udon, which are soft and not chewy.
The soup stock is quite light with bonito and salt, and I think tastes vary widely.
