This place is always crowded. I’ve been by several times and there is always a line. It takes a long time to since people special order boxes of sweets which are made to order. So be prepared to wait. With that being said, I went for the cream puff (シュークリーム) and it was delicious. Of course everything there looks good so I’ll be back to try more. Service is very friendly. Also, they run out of items so go early.

Cakes were alright, try it out if there is no queue. However I don’t think it’s worth if you have to line a long queue.

Whenever I came to Isetan, there was always a huge line and I wondered what was going on at this store.
I went on a weekday afternoon and the line was shorter than usual, so I waited in line (although I still had to wait 20 minutes).
The rumored financier has so much butter that it's almost sizzling, and it's definitely delicious.
The other sweets we bought together, such as the cream puffs, were also delicious.
To be honest, I don't think I'd stand in line to buy it...but it might be better for something like a souvenir rather than for yourself.
