Visited in search of the limited edition "Toshikoshi Chinese Soba."
Mr. Mitani (owner of Kojima) goes out of his way to make it, so there's no way it's not delicious!

It turned out to be... limited edition noodles, green onions, and raw eggs. When I was about 4th in line, the assistant came to collect it. Oh! There is no loosened pork...
·call
“Toshikoshi Chinese Soba” is not available. Instead, it seems like they put garlic behind the seats...
The rice bowl arrived at 11:09. It takes 40 minutes for 3 lots, so take your time.
·taste
Topped with green onions, charred green onions, seaweed, and quail, the soup looks non-emulsified. The noodles are the usual noodles.
First, slurp the noodles. The chewy, soft noodles enhance the mildly chewy, seafood-flavored soup. Sigh, it stains! If it weren't for these soft noodles, I wouldn't have been able to get so much soup...The soup stock was so effective!
Next is the pig. 2 big blocks. A high-quality rose that you can tell just by looking at it. The meat juice oozes when you bite into it! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Yummy!
Then, dip it in raw egg soaked in white soup stock...
Shockingly delicious! It's seafood-based so it goes well with it! Add the green onions added here and enjoy the green onions! Negi Banzai!
I finished it in no time, so I drank the rest of the soup and left while I watched. It was delicious even after the meal...
After all, the soft noodles at this restaurant are even better with soup!
Mitani-san also greeted us and said, "We look forward to seeing you next year," and we're definitely planning on visiting again in the new year to try some more miso! Thank you for such a wonderful drink on New Year's Eve!

Visited in search of "Abura Soba".
・Line up, buy food tickets, check amount of noodles
1 person waiting outside as of 10:43! Are vacant,,,
Why is it open at 10:00?
According to the old information, you should buy while waiting in line, but now they have a system of buying food tickets in advance, so you can buy abura soba, green onions, and raw eggs. Please note that the ticket vending machine here only accepts 1,000 yen bills and only small change. You need two thousand yen bills!
The assistant soon collected the meal tickets. Click here for less information.
Please note that Katame etc. are not allowed.

``One person, please take the seat number ◯~'' I asked for water and sat down at my designated seat. At the same time, I took out 20 yen in cash and applied for ``I'd like some loosened pork!''. Shrimp oil is also 20 yen, so be sure to specify. Please note that it costs 50 yen if you don't buy other toppings. Today we have three people: Mr. Mitani (lol) and two assistants. Mr. Mitani confirmed that ``Abura soba is the one~'' and applied for ``all!''. “Garlic, fried garlic, and chili oil.” Huh? Is it better to say everything? (lol) The bowl in the 11:04 image is a bowl of rice. 21 minutes from the line. Slightly loose eyes.
·taste
First of all, noodles. Slightly soft eyes of a derro. So it doesn't have much of a wheat taste. If you mix it from the bottom, a purring pig will appear! It's refreshing and delicious! When mixed with FG, it's fragrant... chili oil isn't too spicy and is just right. Is Kaeshi a little restrained? Raw eggs there! Speaking of Noodle Shop HERO, this is it! As recommended, I poured a lap of the white soup stock behind my seat and enjoyed it! ! Honestly, the flavor of the thick yolk intertwines with the flavor of the soup stock, and to be honest, it's delicious no matter what you dip it in! Next, the green onions... they were so crunchy! The spiciness is well removed and it is refreshing. This is required. The loosened pork is delicious with the noodles! Pour the vinegar from behind the seat twice over the remaining green onions and loosened pork, mix everything together, and, oh, this is it! This is abura soba! I should have done it sooner. That's how I finished eating.
・Overview
The taste and toppings are perfect. However, I don't think Dero noodles go well with abura soba. It's a matter of taste, but I'm a big fan of Japanese food, so I want to eat a lot of food. Let me apply for Katame! It's not that big of a deal, so if you're someone who likes to eat a little Jiro, you can afford it.
The following is for reference of quantity
Amount of noodles: 350g (slightly more)
Kaeshi: Subdued
Abra: It's a liquid and you can't really feel it.
Yasai: There is no oil soba. Green onions are a must!
Pork: Cut into cubes, about 2 pieces, and be sure to loosen up the pork!
Chili oil: not that spicy
There is customer service, but when I went there was nothing. Rather good. Parents and children also came, and Guilty was able to serve customers properly for a long time. Mr. Mitani also happily replied, “Thank you very much!” to “Thank you for the meal!” If you normally go to Jiro directly, there will be no problem.
