Tldr; Must Go!!!
What an experience from start to finish. Lovely place situated in a quiet residential area, we were greeted by a super friendly and simply excellent chef. During his 1-man show behind the burners you could see and sense the harmony you were getting in your bowl just minutes after ordering.

BEST noodles I had in my life. The attention to detail in the design of the shop says everything about the food you are going to have. The soup is incredibly tasty, the noodles perfectly cooked, the meat in the right point. I hope to be back soon. Perfect Ramen 🍜

All the dishes we tried here were delicious. The ramen had a very well balanced broth which I completely finished. The charcoal grilled pork with egg and the special pork over rice were very satisfying. Don't sleep on the chicken wings, they were perfectly crispy, seasoned, and juicy.
