After 5:30pm on weekdays. 0 customers first, 2 customers later.
I came here 11 years ago, and the name of the restaurant used to be `Chinese Soba Noriya,'' but it has now changed to `Noriya Shokudo.''
When you open the entrance, the unique smell of pork bones hits you in the face. 😄This is still the same.

There are 7 counter seats and 3 tables for 4 people.
I clicked a normal Chinese noodles for 780 yen at the ticket vending machine, took the ticket out to the counter and waited for a while.
Garlic, white pepper, chili pepper, chili oil, etc. are on standby on the table. Apparently they have ginger, so if you ask the staff, they'll bring it out for you.

The toppings are near the tips of the menma, green onions, roasted pork, and kamaboko, which is unique to Wakayama ramen.
The soup has a slightly cloudy soy sauce color and is not very viscous. The soup has a good flavor and leaves a strong aftertaste, but I feel like it had more of a punch before.
The pale yellow, slightly curly thin noodles have just the right amount of firmness.
It feels like a light Wakayama.

Wakayama ramen I ate after a long time. The soup is well cooked. Somewhat nostalgic soy sauce pork bone ramen. It's a one-off operation, and customers come in one after another, but we're able to provide them quickly. It has a strong pork bone aroma, is thick and delicious. It had a taste that made me want to eat it again.

You can eat Wakayama ramen in Oimachi. Fried rice is also delicious. Ramen and half fried rice set 980 yen

You can enjoy Wakayama Chinese noodles in Tokyo. I've been going to this store for 25 years, located in Meitengai, Tokyo Station. Chinese soba and butameshi have been my go-to menu items for 25 years.
