A cosy, well run izakaya with a friendly crew and an especially owner/Chef. Please try the crab cream croquette, made with the crab's brain no less, and the nodoguro prepared both ways- sashimi(light torched) and grilled. I can easily spend a few hours here.

After doing some research, it seemed like a popular restaurant, so I made a reservation, and I was right!
When I arrived at the store, it was full with customers who had reservations for today.
There was a notice saying.
Anyway, Nodoguro is the best!! ️
Half the body was grilled and the other half was broiled.It was delicious.
We had a fun time with the sake explained in detail! it's recommended

I used it sometimes when I was working in Kanazawa. I went to Kanazawa for the first time in four years to eat Kobako crab. It's an ordinary pub, but the food is delicious. We ordered Kobako crab, Nodoguro, Kaga vegetable tempura, oden, etc., as well as Ishikawa local sake, so it cost just under 10,000 yen per person. Compared to seven years ago when I was in Kanazawa, the cost of the Shinkansen has increased recently, so I guess it is unavoidable.
