It's a Chinese fusion restaurant. The collaboration with Japanese 出汁 or 調味料 is amazing and we enjoyed the taste.

It's the best Chinese restaurant.

No.1 for Chinese food in the Kiyosumi-Shirakawa area.

This time, I ordered a half-shark fin course with additional appetizers such as Shanghai crab pickled in Shaoxing wine, Zha cai, and a separate order of yellow chive soy sauce noodles to finish.

All courses, from appetizers to closing, are exquisite.
It goes without saying, so please come and try it and experience it for yourself.

Personally, I found the fried barracuda, paprika and lemongrass soup, and shark fin to be extremely delicious.

The Shanghai crab that I ate additionally was pickled in Shaoxing wine, but it had an exquisite flavor without the alcoholic or crab odor typical of Shaoxing wine, making it a dish that even people who don't like Shaoxing wine can enjoy.

It seems like they don't do a la carte, but it is possible to order a la carte separately from the course.Everything on the a la carte menu looked delicious. This time, I tried yellow chive soy sauce noodles and zha cai. Choice.

This is also exquisite, and the yellow chive soy sauce noodles are based on chicken bones? Chicken oil was added to it, and the fragrant and elegant soy sauce taste added to the umami of yellow chives, which was also exquisite.

They are very particular about alcohol and soft drinks, and I had the soba tea and spiced plum wine, which were also excellent.

I don't think I'm overusing the word exquisite, but it's that delicious.

As you can see from the photo, the cost of the course meal may seem small, but it is more than enough.

This means that when your heart is satisfied, your stomach will also be naturally satisfied.

This is a store I want to visit over and over again.

Second visit this month.

Regardless of location, taste, service, space, and cost performance.
wonderful.

If you like the taste of a certain Chinese iron man in Akasaka, you will like this one.

Shark fin is the best. You can eat rice with just the shark fin filling.
