The cold strawberry pasta was heavenly!


This time, I went to "Oggi Dalmat Nishiazabu branch" for dinner on Christmas.
This restaurant serves a wide range of seasonal, original, and creative dishes that can only be found here, using plenty of seasonal vegetables, seafood, and meat delivered directly from contracted farms in Yamanashi, Chiba, and Ishikawa. It was a restaurant.
This time we had the special Christmas dinner course, and it was a memorable course that was both elegant and satisfying, with luxurious ingredients, seasonings, and even rare dishes.
In particular, I felt that the miraculous flavor matching of seemingly contradictory combinations, such as the cold pasta with strawberries and fruit tomato, was very elegant, and they went well together in a way I had never tasted before. It served as an accent and was so delicious that I was impressed.
In addition, the seasonings and ingredients with characteristic quirks are not authentic, but Dalmat's original seasonings and dishes, which suit the Japanese palate. The dishes were highly satisfying, with maximum flavor and sweetness.
The service and atmosphere were great, and overall the food was very satisfying.


We ate at the chef's table, which seats two at the counter overlooking the kitchen.
It was my first visit, and the menu at Chef's Table seems to be special.

Appetizers made with seasonal ingredients are the specialty, and you can enjoy 14 different flavors in each bite.

The cold pasta was delicious. There are two types to choose from, but it was hard to choose between them so I shared them with the person I was with.

Even at the end of the course, pasta comes out and you can choose the number of grams, but the meat dish was quite voluminous, so 30g was enough.

The person I went with asked for 60g, but the volume was amazing.
