I visited with my family in December for my wife's anniversary.
In addition to the course content, the selection of sake was also amazing, and we had a wonderful and relaxing time.

The appetizer is Konoko Chawanmushi and Mibu greens with sesame dressing.
Start with beer, which has a gentle taste.

    Next was fried oysters.
It was an elegant and delicious dish that was served not with sauce but with bean paste with a hint of ginger.

The sashimi is tuna, bigfin squid, and flounder.
Hand-crafted sashimi is the best accompaniment to sake. Let's start now by ordering some sake.

The bowl is crab shinjo, and the grilled dish is teriyaki yellowtail.
This was also delicious while enjoying sake 🍶.

Also, the wagyu beef stew with daikon radish and seko crab were really delicious. I thought I could drink this for two hours at home.

    Lastly, the sea bream chazuke.
Chazuke is a great way to finish the meal, but sea bream sashimi with sesame dressing? I ate a small amount of it as is, but it also goes well with sake.

I think it may have been because it was a holiday, but I was able to have a relaxing and wonderful dinner with my wife for the first time in a while, and it was a memorable anniversary.
Thank you very much to the shop owner, staff, and children.

I ordered the daily set meal (simmered pork belly and radish + fried shrimp) for 1,100 yen.

◆Floor plan: As soon as you enter, you will see an L-shaped counter with 8 seats, and 2 Japanese-style rooms on the left with 3 tables for 4 people. Kitchen in front of the counter.

◆Management: 1 man who is good at talking + 1 man who is quiet in the kitchen + customer service. The BGM is lively talk radio such as JWAVE.

◆Cooking: It was authentic Japanese food with delicious soup stock. The daikon radish was soaked in flavor, and I enjoyed the addition of mustard cod roe.
Although fried shrimp is a Western dish, it felt Japanese-style, perhaps because of the flavor of the tartar sauce and the texture of the batter.
There was also self-service coffee, so we had a relaxing time.
