We had sukiyaki with Matsusaka beef to celebrate Lunar New Year. Besides appetizers, vegetable course, miso soup and a dessert, there are four beef courses. Each of them came with a slice of Matsusaka beef with different vegetables, including scallions, tofu & shiitake mushroom, onions and wheat gluten. Matsusaka beef is probably the best and fattest beef among all the choices. But they cooked it very well and I didn’t feel greasy at all. The beef was melting in my mouth and the egg yolk dipping balanced the fat. It was also good to finish the meal with some fresh fruits, either strawberries or melons. The service was also top notch!

Great food and service. Best beef (best part of top beef) sukiyaki costs 30000 yen per person. (a bit pricy for sukiyaki)
Sauce and meat are nicely combined.

Airing in the room a bit old. When the waitress grills the meat smell like oil.
