Okanoue Review Summary

Fantastic teppanyaki.
Every dish in the 8 course meal was presented with the utmost care, which also had an excellent choice of ingredients. The Wagyu beef, in particular, was spectacular paired with 3 choices of toppings. There isn't much seating, so make sure to make a booking well in advance if you're looking for a quality teppanyaki restaurant.

Amazing experience. The food and the service were impeccable. The chefs were very friendly even though we didn’t speak Japanese. The price is very reasonable given that they serve A5 Miyazaki wagyu. Only regret was that I ordered the filet mignon, which is a lean cut of meat so it didn’t have as much of the amazing marbling/fat that wagyu is known for. Would definitely visit again in the future!

Absolutely unbelievable. Easily the best wagyu I've ever had. The presentation and the choice of sauces and sides for each dish were balanced perfectly. The fresh pepper and wasabi complimented the wagyu chateaubriand perfectly. Would return. Thank you

Best meal in Japan! Staff are elegant in their approach the food is beautiful and hands down the best.
