I ordered shrimp and vegetable tempura and zaru soba. The tempura had a nice aroma and was delicious. The store is small, but it feels well-maintained. Is it a long-established store? Probably.

I was looking forward to this restaurant because it is run by a disciple of Okawaya in Kagurazaka.
I looked at the menu and ordered a large bowl of soba (conger eel and vegetable tempura) (+300 yen). (There was no soba gaki.)

First, tempura was served. The conger eel is cut in half and served on a plate. It's a very beautiful arrangement. I also had conger eel tempura at Kagurazaka, but I thought the tempura here was more delicious.

Next, soba was served, but even though it was a large serving, the amount was "small". (lol) I immediately asked Mr. Hanaban to add a ``soup-free bamboo steamer.''
The soba noodles are mainly made from whitish, round, finely ground flour, but it also seems to contain coarsely ground flour, giving it a translucent feel. Hitachi Aki Soba is produced in Ibaraki Prefecture, and it has a good flavor and is delicious even when eaten as is, but it has a weak texture and gives the impression of being soft.
However, the soba noodles I ordered without soup were my favorite, with a sharper impression, flavor, and texture. I thought this was the store's original soba.

A very fragrant and delicious authentic soba restaurant.
All items are made with dashi stock and have an elegant and gentle flavor.
You can tell that all the dishes are carefully prepared. You can always enjoy seasonal ingredients.
It's always full, and the attentiveness of the serving women and their ability to ``reach out to your itchy areas'' is wonderful. He also has a strong memory and remembers the preferences and requests of customers who have visited the store once. Although it is a small soba restaurant, the customer service is as polite and wonderful as that of a high-end inn.
It takes a lot of time to serve food. The fact that no one complains even after long wait times is probably due to the high quality of the courteous customer service, which is impressive to the female servers. Good level of customer service for the service charge.
Most nights are reserved for private use.
