Okonomiyaki Gohki Review Summary

Staff are always talking. .
A Japanese version of a town Chinese restaurant where only Chinese people work.

I ordered stir-fried bean sprouts because I was particular about it, but there wasn't enough salt and pepper so it wasn't tasty.
The green onion grill was also not good. . .
Lastly, Hiroshimayaki...
I thought it was a restaurant I would never come to the second time.

The first thing that made me cringe was the kitchen staff smoking cigarettes in full view of the customers.

It took 30 minutes for the first dish to come out, even though the place wasn't full and it didn't seem like there were a lot of orders.
The amount of food is also very small.

It took 45 minutes for the okonomiyaki to come out.
The taste is normal.

Yakisoba also has no special characteristics.

There are no repeats.

Just wait patiently until the okonomiyaki and the heaped shredded cabbage soften and become 1/5th the thickness. The cabbage sandwiched between thin pieces of dough is delicious. The clear tomato sour is also delicious.

Hiroshimayaki, carefully steamed, is delicious. The restaurant feels like an izakaya with regulars, so it's not an atmosphere where you can casually go to eat.

The food is average, but the staff at the counter is very intimidating.
