It is quite difficult to make reservations, and reservations for the next month are released on the 1st of every month, but they fill up quickly, so those who want to go will have to wait.
I was interested in it myself, but I didn't have a chance, but there was a cancellation, so I visited for the first time on a weekday night.
The menu is only 8,800 yen for the omakase course, in which nigiri and snacks are served alternately.
The quality of the toppings, including each cooking method, is high, and the firmness of the shari, the way it is held, and the balance with the toppings are just right, so the quality of each dish is very high.
The cutlass fish nigiri was the most delicious cutlet fish I've ever eaten.
8,800 yen for 20 items was quite a high cost performance, and the alcohol was also cheap as I ordered one beer and three sakes for 11,500 yen.
The atmosphere of the chef was nice and I was satisfied with the content, so I would like to go again, although I don't know when I will be able to take it next time.
Thank you for the meal.

There are two clerks. People who know about drinks, and people who make sushi.
It's a small, quiet restaurant with only a few people, so you might be a little nervous and uncomfortable...but once you get used to it, you'll be fine.
All of the dishes were carefully selected and the drinks, especially the sake, were very delicious❗The sushi was really delicious as the flavor was concentrated in the ingredients❗
There are only 7 seats, so he keeps an eye on all the customers, and quickly responds to any requests for drinks.I was impressed by his knowledge and confidence. Everyone was smiling at how delicious it was. When you leave, you can make reservations for your next visit, but everyone has already made reservations. But next January...after waiting 10 months...I was surprised at how popular it was. It seems like reservations are made too far in advance and there are occasional cancellations, so some people seem to be aiming for that. It's an amazing store...
