The pizza from the restaurant that won first and second place in the world pizza competition was really delicious.

I thought that the outside was crispy and thin, but the texture was chewy, a technique that could be achieved by using an authentic kettle, and by creating a variety that has the chewy texture of domestic wheat but has a strong aroma.
The antipasto and pasta were both excellent.
It was my first time visiting here, but the atmosphere was nice and I would like to go again.

On the day, there was a violin duo performance (separate charge), and it was a very luxurious space.
The performance and the players were absolutely wonderful.
In addition, the customers who came to the store were all friendly and nice.

The thin and chewy fabric is very delicious.

Even after eating salad, meat dishes, and pasta, each person can easily eat one piece, so it's light in a good way.
It doesn't have that junky oiliness, doesn't leave you with heartburn, and is chewy and melty, so you can eat as much as you want!

Although it is located in a minor location called Musashiseki Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line, it takes about 15 minutes by bus from Kichijoji Station.

If you like pizza, this is a restaurant you should try at least once.

The salads and meat dishes are delicious, and this is one of my favorite restaurants.
