Modern style French with Japanese twist in Ginza. This restaurant is directed by an owner chef at Ode (Michelin star restaurant in Hiroo). Not only foods but also atmosphere is also modern and very stylish. They combine French style with Japanese ingredients as well as dashi and mochi. As I went there for Christmas dinner, it was JPY 13,000, they usually have dinner course from JPY 6,800! Considering the quality, location and their service, it’s quite reasonable.

Not the typical hotel restaurant. Excellent quality food & service!!! A lot of local people come for lunch & dinner.

That is the best dining experience for this short trip to Japan. The taste and presentation of dishes are really out of expectations and made me impressed and surprised.

Terrible service from this hotel restaurant
Refused to add soy milk for breakfast, as purchased from outside, and apparently this was a secret hotel policy.
FOH staff were rude and poorly trained, and simply did not care about intolerances to milk. Despite selling a vegan breakfast
Did not get to eat the breakfast due to this reason and was treated poorly as a hotel guest.
Would not recommend at 3000 yen better options found nearby worth trying.

Very frustrating -- no one answers phone for reservations, no way to leave a message, no response to message to Instagram account, terrace seats aren't bookable online. And the kicker -- if you just go check it out, there's no parking at the hotel. Regardless of the food, I'd suggest aiming for somewhere that offers a better customer service experience. Update: went back again for dinner arriving 20 minutes before last order and was told it’s not possible to order entrees because they take too long to prepare, so only appetizers available. Is this a bad joke??
